FAQS

Wondering what it’s like to work together? Below are answers to a few common questions. If you don’t see yours, feel free to reach out.

  • I offer online sessions in Los Angeles and throughout the state of California. I am based in the neighborhood of Highland Park in Northeast LA.

  • Sessions are conducted through a secure video platform. At the time of your appointment, you’ll simply click the session link from a private, quiet space. Online therapy allows you to access the same depth of work as in-person sessions while offering greater flexibility and privacy.

  • At this time, I offer online therapy only for clients across California.

  • My fee is $250 per 50-minute session. I also offer prorated 90-minute and 120-minute sessions.

Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and resources. I intentionally maintain a limited caseload so I can offer thoughtful, depth-oriented care. I also engage in ongoing training, supervision, and consultation to continue deepening the quality of my work.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your plan. Working outside of insurance also allows for greater flexibility and privacy in our work together.

  • Standard sessions are 50 minutes and are typically scheduled weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy. I also offer prorated 90-minute and 120-minute sessions when longer sessions feel beneficial. We can discuss what cadence feels most supportive during our first appointment.

  • The first session is a chance for us to begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll explore your current concerns, the patterns you’ve been noticing, and begin getting curious about the parts of you that may be involved. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we start the process together.

  • The No Surprises Act requires healthcare providers to give clients who are paying privately an estimate of the expected cost of services. This estimate, called a Good Faith Estimate, helps you understand the potential cost of therapy before beginning treatment. You can request this document at any time.
